does anyone know whats the difference between Gamer Headphones and normal Headphones?
is there a difference? is it just a sales gimmick?

Sorry CH. Can't help here. Have no idea as I am not someone who is interested in gaming. At a guess I would say there probably is a different frequency response curve between the two but that's just a guess. You can be damn sure there's a difference in the price! Kids are being fleeced.

And just to add to this. 'Celebrities' are creating their own brands of headphones now - not because they want to create high quality audio devices but because they are brainwashing gullible kids (we all were once) into believing these devices are 'essential' apparel - like trainers or sneakers. It's more about creating 'must-have' devices than actually creating high quality products.
