Hello everyone, I am a 21 year old university student living in the UK. I looked over several forums before deciding on this one because of the sections in the music forums which separates genres really nicely. I also love the colour scheme of the forum, the green is beautiful and sharp! :biggrin1:
My favourite artists are Bob Dylan, Nas, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I have a Last.fm account which scrobbles the music I listen to and I've used this for around 4/5 years. Some of my most listened to artists on there are: Eagles, Adele, Pink Floyd, Daft Punk, The Beach Boys, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Wu-Tang Clan, AC/DC, The Prodigy, Jay-Z, Tupac Shakur, Outkast, Secret Garden, The Rolling Stones, Rage Against the Machine, Radiohead, The xx, Eminem, Damien Rice, and Tiesto.
I love listening to a variety of music. What I listen to depends on my mood and time of day. It's a bit of a long list, but I like music from the following genres: Classical, Country & Folk, Progressive/Electronic House, Hip-Hop/Rap, Trance, Techno, Pop, R&B, Rock & Roll, Reggae, Ska, Soul, Funk, Dubstep, Heavy Rock/Metal, Psychedelic/Progressive Rock, New Age, Symphonic Metal, Alternative Rock, Indie, Operatic, Jazz, Grunge, etc.
I hope to meet some like minded people who enjoy a variety of music and I would like to discover some new music along the way
