Information
How many people think about the impact technology has?
I really think ai will finally dominant around 2030 and people
will have to be required to know about technology. With
computers being the source, the world will have change.
Could you imagine some human jobs replaced by computers?
What are your thoughts?

i dont know what age bracket you sit in mate but computers/machinery has been taking the jobs of people for years from factory workers, through to supermarket checkout jobs and even call centre enquiry lines, surgery in hospitals and banking to name a few.
there are even AI companies that will invest your money for you.
even in the entertainment industry AI is at the forefront of movies and music so to answer your question:

SKYNET is already here so beware the T-1000 has already arrived!

Robotics has been around for decades. Many high-speed continuous-production manufacturing plants use them instead of humans. You don't have to pay a robot a salary - you just supply it with electricity. And they don't need to take breaks or go home at the end of the day.

The problem comes in when you allow AI independent, creative thought - true artificial intelligence is going to ruin many, many industries and professions.

If we allow AI free reign we are the ones that will become the robots. Look at all the dummies constantly staring at their mobile phones. They don't realise it yet but they are slowly being programmed via that hand-held device. People think they are in control but all their actions are being recorded & analysed (Cambridge Analytica comes to mind) in order to influence their thinking further down the track. Fact! There's a very good reason politicians are using social media for their campaigns more and more. They don't give a shit about the people voting for them. It's the end result that matters.

If you want to see what the future looks like read Ira Levin's book 'This Perfect Day'. (Written in 1970)

And purely by chance I was reading the news after this post and look what pops up - An agency created an AI model who earns up to $11,000 a month because it was tired of influencers 'who have egos' (yahoo.com)
