Christmas was a very simple affair.

Tea for breakfast, fruit juice for lunch and coffee for supper.

Breakfast - Long Island Iced Tea
Lunch - Red grape juice, fermented in oak casks for a number of years.
Supper - Irish Coffee minus the coffee, cloves, water and sugar.

cold meats and salads here on Xmas Day due to 42C temp here

Jokes aside, I made huevos rancheros for breakfast (traditional Mexican breakfast - my favourite breakfast) and a peppered beef roast with a Tamarind sauce/marinade (turned out better than I expected) for supper. No lunch and no desert this time around. I can't eat three meals in one day. Way too much food. And the stray cats out the back are enjoying what is left of the beef this morning. They seem to be quite content!
