In fact, what is exactly the old MD? What is the story behind this?
Gidday mate,
Tony and I started the original 'old MD' in June 2003 after we'd met up on a Blues forum he'd started previously which was pretty well dying in the bum and we decided it would be great to expand it to cover other genres as well.
A year or so into that effort I went from being the main moderator to actually managing the entire forum for him until ill health took over and I left the position.
That was around two-and-a-half years ago from memory.
This time around I was one of the first to rejoin him in setting up the new MD.
Hope that answers your question - and tells you which category I fit into.

All started from the blues webring. I took over the managing of that, along with Beach. We created a forum that originally was hosted on the Music Dealers Network (which doesn't exist anymore). Until I suggested to Beach about moving onto a dedicated site for music forums. A long time ago. I would say that otherthan Beach and myself. Palmer when she cames on, joined in the early 2003. Also JonG joined in the very early days.

That's pretty right mate. From memory Palmer was No.42 or something, we also had Moses Oakland and a few of the crew from the Tweedboard followed me over there too.
