Ok so here is a group from the Chicago area. They are called Proper Folk, but they aren't folk music. They consider themselves a dream pop indie band. They remind me of passion pit and mgmt at times. ht tp://properfolk.bandcamp.com/. They also just got on iTUNES. They came out just last summer but already have another album on the way
