What do you like to cook?

Vegetable spaghetti is my favorite thing to make. I like playing around though and trying all kinds of different stuff. When I'm bored, I cook and try to make something new with whatever I can find in the kitchen.

If you give me a recipe, I can cook it, well if it is not too complicated and doesn't involve me sticking my hand inside chickens. But mostly I make a lot of salmon, tofu, omelets, I tend to cook the same sorts of things often.

I always struggle with the length of time it takes to cook something. I never seem to get that right. But I have however found a handy solution. Chuck all the stuff in the pot, pour a glass of wine, sit back, turn on some music, and when the smoke alarm goes off it's done! Technology is a wonderful thing.

That's funny. A friend of mine asked me to teach him to cook with the condition that he would not touch chicken!

Came in here just to browse around. The kitchen I have right now is horrible. I haven't cooked in a while. I'm missing it.
