The Soft machine with Robert Wyatt

Soft machine are one of my favourite jazz rock bands.. they have made many good albums throughout the years. but I think they were at their very best when Robert Wyatt was their Singer and drummer. Robert Wyatt has a unique vocal style , and since leaving the softs has made many superb solo albums for instance rock bottom (1975) and nothing can stop us (1982) which featured one of my favourite songs (ship building), which was written by Elvis costello,..I would recomend to anyone to check out Wyatts solo albums and also the soft machine volumes 1 and 2

Yes Rusty, Robert Wyatt is a formidable force ,,,,,Rock Bottom and Comicopera are favorites of mine.
