Just to inform you all to expect some downtime today and over the coming days as Music Discussion is transfer to a new server. I will keep you informed as to progress and when it is completed.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm always convinced it's my computer for about 20 minutes and then I figure out what's going on!

Server transfer success. The site is now hosted in the USA. Sorry for the longer than expected downtime

Maybe because the US server is more robust..whatever that means ???...heard it or read it somewhere...told you I was techy !!!!...lol

Actually there is no real reason. It was hosted in the UK but under an expensive dedicated server. Now it is under a package better suited to the needs of the site at a more reasonable cost.
