I am always looking for more metal bands headed by woman. Not necessarily do i like the operatic vocals like Lacuna Coil or Nightwish...but here are my favs:

1. Arch Enemy
2. Straight Line Stitch
3. Orphan Hate
4. Bloodshoteye
5. The Agonist

Agreed. What a fantastic range she has. Doesn't hurt that she's absolutely gorgeous, either. I am partial to some lighter Opera - specifically Soprano - so Sharon's vocals are awesome. Interesting to hear her start off a song and then the rest of the band comes in with the hard driving guitar riffs. I do like Symphonic Metal of this type, but strongly dislike the male "growling" that creeps in occasionally even on Within Temptation's music.
