My health care reform would be:
Insurance can only be sold for catastrophic care, long term illness care and prescription coverage over X amount based on income.
Limits on fees for diagnosis tests.
Other than that, you're on your own.
Sorry, you have to pay for your own doctor visits, resulting in true competition, meaning lower costs.
