Here at the southernmost tip it’s been warm and balmy for our shortest day – too warm in fact. It’s what we call a berg (mountain) wind and it is a portent of weather most foul. Our winter only really sets in now.
This is exactly what it looks like outside … pre storm … it’s in the skies alright - the heavens are going to open soon!
