I always wonder how they come up with titles for instrumentals
I want to sing out the title at some point

I know nothing about instrumental music from a technical point of view but to me that track has little substance and lacks emotion,

A local community radio station plays a bit of this kind of stuff. There was something from this album the other day. I can never get into this music at all. It's not actually unpleasant - though there were bits of it I didn't like much - it's just THERE, without moving me one way or the other. Probably ideal music for a soundtrack, if it was paired with the right film. In fact this pretty well sums up my feelings about "post-rock" as a genre.
