Hi,
First i would like to ask to be excused if that topic has already been discussed.
I am looking to find a good place for studying music - theory, compoistion, etc. A place in Europe. By good place i mean where i wouldn't have to pay high fees, the education is in English language, the quality of the education is comparatively good. For example , a good place is The University of The Arts in Helsinki, the only problem for me is that it looks like to study music there knowledge of Finnish or Swedish language is required. I would be very thankfull for your advices!
