You can't put Lucinda Williams in any other Forum
#1
She mixes country, rock, folk and Blues like no one else, and is one of the better songwriters existing. Methodical in putting out albums; her newest is on her own label. That pic on her new album gains poignancy when you hear she was born with spina bifida q.v. Here's the Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucinda_Williams Her Discog: http://www.allmusic.com/artist/lucinda-w...iscography Her Site: http://lucindawilliams.com/splash-page/

SEMI-BONUS: 20-minute "Tiny Desk" concert--always fun.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTu4cXW9H_Q
NOTE: If you can link to your fave or unknown Lucinda Williams vids, I'd be in you debt.

like Taylor Swift....they call both "country", i call Lucinda alternative, and i call Taylor pop/pop ballad for the most part
yet,
neither are strictly country, but they have both made some nice country songs.

i have two of Lucinda's albums...the jury in my head is still out as to whether i really like her though
Taylor...i have all her albums...love her music immensely

I am a big fan of Lucinda! I consider her as contemporary country and folk! Her album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road is a classic for me!

^^ I can vouch for Essence - although granted, I only have the one. I think it's a good album!
