Recuva (a smallish free program from a respected software house via a trusted source) can help. Again I said FREE. http://download.cnet.com/Recuva/3000-224...d&part=rss << these folks also have a crap-deleting program that I use every day--I typically regain 100-500 MB of space. It's called CCleaner: http://download.cnet.com/CCleaner/
Neither of these come with the baggage of nagware to buy paid programs--most refreshing--they just do the job then get out of your way.
