Very good cover...The King gets recognition once again 37 years later!

MH--What is it you don't like about this version? I find it a bit OTT (Over-the-top) but is that her choice or her advisors/shapers/handlers? How much stage experience does she have? Does she select her own material? She's sure a semi-quaver belter but can she handle deeper, slower material? Can she shape a show? There's so much we don't know but this we do know--she has the natural tools to be sharpened...And that's what I like about these shows--something of a showcase for various talents who might not otherwise get exposed, and some go on to much better; those that don't usually get honest assessment and vids to show the grandkids.
A man accustomed to hear only the echo of his own sentiments, soon bars all the common avenues of delight, and has no part in the general gratification of mankind--Dr. Johnson

Elvis Presley is also "sacred ground"...very few people get a nod from me when they cover his songs...
i guess the biggest exception to that for me was Fine Young Cannibals' "suspicious minds"...i like their version as much as i likeThe King's original.
