Hello everyone,
My name is Phil and I am from Australia
I enjoy playing 6 & 7 string electric guitars as well as the drums just for fun so I'm not looking to be in a band at all lol
I enjoy really any type of music except for classical, country and other stuff I really can't understand it sounds really fair I think haha
My most favorite bands are Sepultura, Soulfly, BabyMetal and Korn (The OLD Korn not the new Korn, sorry)
By the way, yes I do also enjoy Asian music

Well, that's about all I can say because I assure you guys don't want to hear about my train hobby lol so I will only tell you the basic stuff

welcome to MD cityrail....
nice to have another Aussie on the team mate...where are you located?
nothing wrong with trains...if its toy/scale trains that youre into, you'll be glad to hear that one of the world's most avid/ardent toy train collectors is none other than Neil Young!
so if its those sort of trains youre into, then you'll probably know of the "lionel" brand, of which Neil Young has a majority share in.
Neil Young also used to go out and record the sounds of trains and recorded them to be put on chips and inserted into train sets so they sound authentic instead of simple 'toot, toot' sounds in the old days!
me, i also like trains, but my limit is Thomas The Tank Engine...im a big kid with those things, hmm!, thats why they probably call me "crazy" on the forum! LMAO

G'day Crazy-horse, I am from a large inland town called Wagga Wagga which is in the state of New South Wales, to be honest there's nothing much here lol so I normally go travelling to Sydney and spend the night there and then return I hope to move somewhere in Sydney or at least close to it hahaha
Ah really? I wasn't aware Neil Young was into trains, a new thing I have just learnt... I enjoy colleccting HO scale trains within New South Wales, Queensland and some Victorian stuff but not much, And I do 3d modelling of trains for the over 10 year old pc game called Microsoft Train Simulator, I also enjoy recording videos and taking photos when I can. Lately I haven't taken many photos but I have a YouTube channel now so I can share my videos of trains

G'day SteveO, and thank you also for welcoming me to MD I am happy you like all my taste in music

Basically I mostly listen to Sepultura, Soulfly and BabyMetal I have been lazy to listen to much of my other cd's lol I guess I'm a headbanging train man hahaha
It's good to know your wife also loves trains, not many females like trains and this is the first time I ever heard a female is into trains
Regards, Phil
