Hi Pleased to meet you all. - BubbleBlower - 16-01-2014 Hi, i have just discovered this site, i hope like minded people are out there. My music likes are, if it sounds good to me i like it, i'll try and give anything ago, afterall thats how we learn to spread our wings and gain more knowledge. My collection of some 2000 cd's, a small collection to some, covers a vast range from Bach through to Frank Zappa. i am partial to electronic music, bands like Tangerine Dream,Ash Ra Temple, Edgar Froese, any many more, then Daft punk, Dire Straits, Pink Floyd,Genesis floats my boat. I am always open to suggestions for new bands/solo artists to discover, you provide their name and i'll try to listen giving my views. My next passion is good sound quality, i strive to obtain this in my listening room/system,which has taken nearly 40tears to evolve,so any other like mind folk here? Look forward to chatting, Si Hi Pleased to meet you all. - Jerome - 16-01-2014 Welcome BB - some great names in your collection - very similar to mine. Hi Pleased to meet you all. - CRAZY-HORSE - 17-01-2014 welcome to MD BB 2000cds is pretty healthy and should cover a lot of styles and artists IMO... im sure you'll discover a few new artists to listen to here , as we will off you... a good starting point is the "beginners guides" where fans of a particular artist have put together 'beginners guides' for members to discover new artists to enjoy your "if it sounds good to me..." philosophy is one I can say i follow also, i'll listen to anything once(sometimes twice), because who knows, it may be good!
