I wanted something happy and uptempo today to shoo away the summer blues...as we are experiencing a horrid seven days of rain up here ! I turned to Weezer...just guitars, bass, drums and vocals ! ...REAL music, what a fantastic album ! It's one of those recordings that I can truthfully say that I like every track. It's hard to imagine that this album is nearly twenty years old ! This has to be one of the best debut albums ever made ! I remember seeing this LA quartet on Happy Days singing " Buddy Holly" ..what a trip ! And Weezer is still going strong to this day !

BTW...Major Tim likes Weezer???? , there you go!, i saw his collection also and cant recall spotting a Weezer in there???, maybe i was hooked on Hank III at that time!
