It's pleasant enough but there are a couple of problems. Acoustic guitar and drums are drifting out of time occasionally. Also put a compressor on your voice - it's fluctuating too much in volume. Other than that it's not a bad effort.

thank you... i really appreciate your advise. you see i dont have alot of equipment in terms of recording. i just did a basic recording to show my idea and in what direction im going at. i also wanted to know if its good because i want to do a proper recording at a professional recording studio but if my song isnt good enough i dont want to waste that money, thats why im asking for people's input.
