• • Make sure your MP3 submission is high quality for the both the beat and vocals as these are crucial to creating a final mix
    
  • Your paragraph has to be concise and to the point of the songs meaning as this will guide our engineers
    
  • Submit all items promptly as we only have 10 spots currently available

There is no point mixing or mastering a file which has already been degraded by truncation of bits as MP3's always are. If you are going to use MP3's (which you shouldn't) at least start with the highest bit rate possible, not 256. If you are able to get your hands on a copy read Bob Katz's 'Mastering Audio - The Art And The Science'. One of the best guides to mastering on the planet. On the legal side, in your disclaimer you mention point A. That has to be specified and not assumed, otherwise your disclaimer is meaningless. Sorry, not trying to knock you, just pointing out a couple of facts which you are going to have to address if you are serious about offering mixing and mastering services.
