Hey everyone.
mile:To introduce myself, I must say that it is actually quite sad that I had to register here. (no offence). I live in a realy small village with no like-minded people around me. Fortunately, there are few people who share my passion for football. (Well really just few. Usually, there are not even enough of us to play a decent 5 a side game)
When it comes to music it is a much bigger problem. No one likes the bands I do and more importantly, no one I know is willing to discuss music and think about it as much as I am used to. This lack of a good chat about music made me register here. Not to mention that I haven't managed to form a proper music band since I started playing the guitar. But that's another story..
And here is a short list of bands I really like:

and some of those which's fame is less covered in dust:

I understand your passion for football (soccer in Canada) ! I actually believed that the Czech Republic with Moller,Peter Czech, Swoboda, etc,,,,had a legitimate chance to win the World Cup in France (1996) !!! I bet on them and lost !
However enough sport talk as this is a fabulous and interesting music forum. Yopu have an interesting list of bands ..some of which I am not familiar with !

Soccer or football(American) I watch both. Not much into punk and or post/punk but have been expanding my musical listening lately(Listened to Hollywood Undead American Tragedy last night. I mostly liked it.). I like Metal, Hard Rock, Country, Blues and many other generas.........Hope you will feel welcome here at MD.

techman: Prague is beautiful that's true. I live roughly 150 km from Prague but I'm considering stuyding there after I finish my bachelor's degree. This city is culturally really important so I might be able to form my music band there..
