...every now and then, like tonight for instance....the first 12 minutes of the nightly news on our 3 major stations here focused on the the engagement of another pompus pratt (prince william) and kate middleton...surely that was not the most important story in the world over the last 24hrs...:confused:
'oh, shes so lovely, a commoner' etc etc...its crap! we'll all find out soon that more interbreeding will occur in the british royal family, they said the same things about Diana, may she rest in peace, she was aristocracy with right royal blood...they dont marry 'working class' commoners...its lies for the public and i wont fall for it.:hand:
the only 'true' commoner in that family was Fergie and she didnt fit in from day one!
they are obsolete, irrelevant,waste of space...and you arent born with respect, you have to earn it...and they havent earned any respect with me with their 'skeletons'!:evil:

little piece showed them asking her about her cooking.

LOL!...yeh i know, and she quit her job a few years ago in London because the media were hounding her(which i dont agree with) and still lives in London, i wanna know how anyone can live in any City anywhere without income/money...unless shes a hooker or a bum on the street???
s'pose all the womens mags'll have her on the cover next week...i think you Americans did the right thing in getting Independance, we should do the same and become a Republic,William will be our head of state one day...and he's only been here once for a few days,its not right!
having said that, from what i've seen of him in interviews, i think he's probably a nice person under all the BS that accompanies his 'job'.

saw yet another report referring to her as a commoner.
at the end they casually mentioned her parents were self made millionaires.
no probem, good for them, but in this country millionaires are not commoners.

Queenie is head of state, and I've no real problem with that. I don't really care what they cost taxpayers. They make no tangible difference to my life...

its really six of one and half a dozen of the other as to what they cost the taxpayers of UK,because what they cost you guys i think they do still bring in tourists to a degree,maybe not so much now,but certainly when Diana was alive...as much as i dont care for them, i do hope that Wills and Harry keep up her fine charity work...there has to be some of their mothers compassion in them!
