Remember you can only vote in Thread 1 or Thread 2, not both.

It is not necessary to post as to why you voted the way you did, but it would be interesting to the rest of us.

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - Tiggi - 02-08-2010

The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway for me.

Still don't fully understand it after all these years. I like enigmatic albums.

Plenty of killer tracks, so an easy choice for me.

Gotta go with Tiggi on this one.
The Lamb captivated me, and I liked it too.

Wind & Wuthering

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - Jerome - 06-10-2012

I only ever owned 2 Genesis albums (studio). Abacab & TLLDOB. For me the only one I really know inside out is 'Seconds Out' - the live album just before Hackett left the band. Collins was at his best on the drums at the time. Really creative stuff. So if I have to pick one of these above it would have to be TLLDOB. Love that 'Entangled' track as well.

Oh yes and I agree with Tiggi - don't have even the vaguest notion what it's about - but I know what I like. (and I like what I know).....

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - SteveO - 07-10-2012

Selling England by the Pound...I loved the early Genesis albums with Peter Gabriel ....picked this one because of that reason.

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - Totally Wired - 13-12-2013

I voted Trespass which was the first Genesis LP I had. I found it while I was out looking for someone. But I haven't got visions of angels because clearly the correct answer here is A Trick Of The Tail.

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - Big Ears - 16-10-2014

I voted Nursery Cryme for The Musical Box, but The Lamb, for the title track, comes close.

Genesis - Best Album Poll - 1 of 2 - Heko - 02-09-2015

Foxtrot, side B is Genesis at their best.
