RANKING THE BILLBOARDS TOP 20 HOT ARTISTS - (Dated: 3rd may 2025)
Every week Billboard posts a list of the top 100 hottest artists of the week, and I'll be ranking 20 of them in five tiers, this won't be a weekly series but I'll probably drop in and do it monthly!
The artists inside each tier are NOT ranked best to worst in that tier.
