NEW ALBUM: Yusuf/Cat Stevens "tea for the tillerman 2" - CRAZY-HORSE - 27-09-2020 Spotify listen: i was advised by Ruby a few weeks ago when i mentioned the upcoming release that his re-recordings really arent up to par... i should have listened, well actually i did listen but was still curious because i love the original. he has jazzed, bluesed, and turned these tracks every which way away from where they should be. wishing i hadnt listened on one hand but glad i did on the other at the same time. you cant recreate the past into something more than it originally was, period. People have really lost the plot a bit this year.
