Who would you say is the best/most talented Reggae artist?

I really dont think there is a "best" however, my response would be (as cliche as it is) Bob Marley.
There are many greats though.. these days I really like the sound coming from Slightly Stoopid, mixing reggae, rock, punk, alternative, and jazz into a melodic harmony. Who would you say is best??

I like Lee "Scratch" Perry, but I don't listen to much reggae at all... Not even Bob Marley, and I guess Perry's music is that reggae derivative "dub."

The obvious reply is Bob Marley.
Peter Tosh at his best, and Scratch are the only two realistic challengers IMHO...
