NEW ALBUM: Corrosion Of Conformity - No Cross No Crown - Music Head - 29-01-2018 enters the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart this week at #67 courtesy of Spotify from North Carolina 10th album betcha can't guess what kind of music actually there wasn't as much scrowling as I expected I could decipher some of the lyrics it was passable for metal what's a luddite RE: NEW ALBUM: Corrosion Of Conformity - No Cross No Crown - Ruby - 29-01-2018 ^Luddite is a label given to someone who scorns technology and automation – machines taking the place of skilled men – that sort of thing. Lovely word. Lol!!  Is this a Christian metal outfit? ‘No Cross No Crown’ seems to imply as much and I think the Luddite they’re referring to is Jesus Christ – they mention the Nazarene several times. He was a carpenter by trade wasn’t he? Can’t make out all the words and I’m not listening again!! Not my thing. I liked your linked track, well, liked it enough to listen the whole way through anyway... certainly some Christian references in there, whether they were put there for 'shock and awe' or as a genuine belief by the band is another thing! Dangerous things, assumptions!!
