Misty Miller "girlfriend"
alt rock,
female vocalist...
I hear a hint of Arctic Monkeys in the music
plus bits of punk...
I hate the lyrics, like the vocals and love the music.

Yup, you can hear Chrissy's inflections. There's a Middle Of The Road nibbler in there.
How old is this kid?
Because it's obvious she's skipped the previous generation of female vocalists.
There's a harder-edged Go-Gos, Blondie feel.
There's also a touch of B-52s, but that could just be the Rock Lobster riff there in the middle.
Not a bad, stripped down, right to the marrow approach.
Gotta respect that.
