Hi there, please help me. I am an experienced 25 years old singer. I have been studying singing tеchnics since very young age. Have been working as a singer for the last 4 years, as I was performing every single day with just a month vacation per year. Since 2 years appeared a huge problem in my singing. I am no longer able to take out a proper sound or to manage my voice. I feel like choking in the beginning of almost every word. I am getting spasms in my throat and I cant sing smooth. There are days when this choking is almost not appearing and days that I can not sing at all. Please help me !!

Performing every single day for four years is the problem. Lots of professional musicians use a combination of tea, honey & lemon before perfoming. I don't know the exact recipe but I am sure you can find it on the net somewhere. But if you keep performing at the rate you are you will lose your gift. Every single part of the human anatomy has a limited shelf life.
