Jazz with piano focus - Freakin - 15-07-2015

I'm searching for smooth lounge style jazz songs with a focus on piano.
This is a very vague phrasing, but I would be happy for any recommendations!

For example Miles Davis & John Coltrane - Kind of blue with less influence from the trumpet would be a perfect song for me.

Thanks in advance!

I don't either of those gents have been described as "smooth lounge" before *--mostly that's the "cool school" or "West Coast school" of jazz For starters, let me share Chet Baker, both trumpet and his laid-back vocals:

* Mine was not a criticism, merely an observation. To me, lounge is designed not to be closely listened to, but to evoke emotions; jazz no matter how soft provokes listening (get with nearly all of pianist Bill Evans' recordings). To some, a subtle difference; to me and others, profound.

Thanks Ruby, this is exactly the kind of music I have been looking for!
What kind of search tags could I use that describe this kind of music? I need more of this!
