Hi all,
New to the forum,
I'm hoping someone may be able to tell me what the name and artist of this song is. All I know is it's at least 15 years old. I tried to keep it short as to not upset anyone, though I do apologize for the photo. I needed to add something and had that handy.

I have Johnny Vicious : Hurricane written down as the song title, but that doesn't seem to be correct.
If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
