If there's any connection between love and thinking, it is tenuous indeed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1-mqP0W8Hc or maybe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBa746RVNHA Perhaps this situation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrLaiVaIDw0
I don't like Yoko Ono and never have...but I don't make fun of her, I just ignore her. Have a nice day.

True Art and Talent - Big Ears - 13-11-2014

Don't get me started on Yoko Ono. Her contribution to The Rolling Stones' Rock 'n' Roll Circus of 1968 is too awful to be true. Contrary to what the critics would have us believe, the rest of the 'Circus' is actually quite enjoyable.

Watch at your own peril:

This video could be of anything, I didn't watch it to check the content!

This is what happens when you have nothing to do with your life and bucket loads of money to do it with.

Be as it may, some avant garde non mainstream artists have cited her as an influence, Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon for one!

Not directly in respect to this but--Someone can be an influence of somebody else's greater art yet be essentially a no-talent s-bag or merely a patron. It may be rare but I'm sure it happens--even genius needs a kick-start.

And a serious amount of baggage from many "bad trips..."

Though, if we're discussing our favorite Yoko performances, mine will always be;

(Pay close to attention to Chuck Berry's face when Yoko chimes in. Smile )

^ If you were responsible for breaking up The Beatles and their only bad track, Revolution No. 9, you would would think nothing of behaving like a numbskull in the presence of the first lead guitarist in rock 'n' roll. I had to laugh at the YT comments below that clip though.
