"...more serious songs..." More serious than what? The conventional country-pop pap? It may be difficult to overcome the current tsunami of crap but this guy isn't some Tulsa/ Austin/ Bakersfield outlaw who risked serious career consequences for singing their heart-felt, audience-pleasing music and I don't see his version of "Ave Maria" on YT either. Is the barrier that low nowadays for what's considered outliers? ^^^ What do you mean nice try? What I said is true. "Drink In My Hand" is most likely Eric's biggest song if his song named "Springsteen" wasn't more successful.
