it's not a glitch, it's just a line of melody

Not the melody - the percussion/drums - a complete mishit. The timing falls apart. Clear as day - plus the synth goes out of whack as well. A very common mistake when copying and pasting sequences. Solo the bass synth and solo the drums/percussion and you will see what I mean. The 'melody' is what the higher pitched synth is playing. In music there are three elements - melody, harmony and rhythm. The bass synth and the drums/percussion are forming the rhythmic structure not the melody.

Jerome is spot on
I heard it too
Only audible to the trained ear
There's a few of those here
but it doesn't matter to the untrained ear
there are a lot more of those

Bass synth playing a melodic line at this piece. Holding a bass line within a rhythmic sequence gives monotony for track in generally.
But I should rework this piece for common harmonization, I agree.

I see you have repaired it. Sounds much better now.
