I’ve been feeling like crap for the last couple weeks! :frown:ughhh I’m sure everyone can feel me on that. Anyways I listened to Lifeline by Papa Roach and it got me through the weeks. It pretty much said what I was feeling. It’s not really gonna make you feel better but sometimes you just need someone to tell you they’re going thru shit too.

A good band to get you through hard times is Rage Against The Machine. It might sound unbelievable, but it works
Or Pearl Jam.

I know that most people will disgaree with this and I prefer to listen to heavy styles myself, but if I am down sometimes the best thing is actually something light/poppy like Jimmy Eat World/Blink-182..but I digress..

Have you listened to seether's first album or staind? Might want to give them a try.
Also nonpoint wopuld be a good group for you.

I think everyone has that one band or those couple of songs that they always turn to when they're upset. It's nice, really, having that sort of comfort. With me, I tend to listen to soft/slower Metallica. Fade to Black, Nothing Else Matters, or even The Unforgiven. The Strokes would be another band I turn to. Eric Clapton, Joe Satriani (an instrumentalist, but you can definitely feel his songs when you listen to them!), and even some metal! Megadeth, Sabbath, and plenty more!

There's a lot of comforting music out there, and there's ALWAYS a song to relate to, regardless of genre or any of that.

Hope everything turns out for the best. We all have our downward spirals, but you just gotta pick your head up, crack a smile, and keep going on.
