back to 'influencers' of sorts.
i know of a guy who has his own Youtube channel
he promotes his favorite artist in various little weekly chats/videos
and he now gets sent ALL of the 'super deluxe' versions of albums, new remastered versions and special edition vinyl etc for free so he can advertise them by talking about them as pre-release gifts to review and promote.
the dude isnt even that knowledgeable about the artist, its more of an opinion/fan comment channel.
sometimes wish i knew how to do what he does as it wouldnt take long build up a fanbase.

Did anyone watch this Meghan Markle interview with Oprah? I am not interested in the royals at all and didn't watch it but I was wondering if anyone has an opinion about the interview? They wanted to step away from their royal duties but it seems like they can't stay away from the spotlight either! So they want a private existence but also want the financial rewards of constant media attention. Can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs I am afraid. The piper has to be paid...
