few and far between but good news stories are always welcome especially when someone who can spread some Christmas Cheer does:

Very true! We just seem to stumble from one disaster to the next these days.

RE: I read the news today, oh boy! - CRAZY-HORSE - 30-12-2020

and the nutters are out spouting off about Nostrodamus again:
earthquakes, famine, zombie appocolypse, comets hitting earth etc etc....
its all in store for 2021:
https://www.msn.com/en-au/entertainment/entertainmentnews/the-late-michel-de-nostredame-had-some-grim-predictions-for-2021-and-no-thanks/ar-BB1ckH2u?ocid=msedgntp

BTW
i dont remember the 2020 list of Nostrodamus' predictions including 'a virus that criples the earth'
would have thought he would have forseen that one if he saw anything 2020 related?!

PC/Sensitivity gone too far again:

25 years ago Lady Diana discusses in great detail her eating disorder and trying to kill herself over it live on British TV and subsequent beaming into the TV's of hundreds of millions of people worldwide and no one criticises her, in fact she was praised for 'coming out' and being so candid about it...

now, Halsey posts about her previous eating disorder etc and gets criticised for not declaring a "trigger warning" in reference to it alongside her photo and post....
the article (complete with my trigger warning that she apparently should have posted LOL)

Halsey's music is complete crap anyway. Airhead bimbo pop for juvenile delinquents. Oh and of course just like everyone else who behaves badly when it suits them she is 'bipolar'. Complete rubbish.

Lock them up for life - https://uk.yahoo.com/news/neighbors-drown-4-old-attempt-082526182.html

Lord Sugar's brother died from complications caused by Covid 2 weeks ago. Now his sister is gone too.

RE: I read the news today, oh boy! - CRAZY-HORSE - 31-12-2020

i saw a doco about Lord Sugar a few years ago
seems like a nce guy
stuck to his "east end" roots and beliefs even when he became a billionaire.
was also a part owner of Tottenham Hotspurs FC back in the day also i believe.

as for the pair who drowned their neighbour,
yup i agree, lock 'em up for life mate.
