Chicken Kiev, pesto potato salad and some coleslaw. Yum Yum. And washed down with some Malbec from Rare Vineyards. Much later tonight some plain vanilla ice cream with a dollop of Frangelico - a hazel nut liqueur.

Last night - I am up at 3.30 in the morning downloading software for my home studio so I am killing time right now - a Caesar salad. No plonk last night. Just a small bit of tiramisu later while watching some crap on television.

Nothing wrong with a good Caesar Salad, Jerome.
The one desert both Dani and I dislike is Tiramisu.

been under the weather for two or three days now and haven't felt like eating (didn't even get to eat my Roast Beef listed above!)
taste buds still shot but appetite is back so a Stir Fry tonight.

I don't cook on Fridays. So I threw together some toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches with a sprinkling of garlic. Lovely plain old toasted sarmies. Tonight, some roast pork and veggies with apple and cranberry sauce. And I might have a beer later on. Not big on beer but it makes a change from the vino.

Having a Mexican breakfast for lunch today - Huevos Rancheros. (ranch eggs). My favourite breakfast dish.

Tonight salads & salmon with mustard.

Tomato soup made with fresh tomatoes and crackers with some nice smelly cheeses. Sadly, no wine. All gone now.  Sad
