TINA RAINFORD "silverbird" vinyl, 1976
doing a few old vinyls at the moment as my house cd system isnt working for some reason???!!!so the only cds i get to play are in the car and its a bit hard writing to rate them whilst driving LOL!...
cannot recall when r even where i picked this one up from,probably second hand from a market somewhere...
cannot find a single thing about Tina on the "www" but as i recall she is/was a German pop artist from the 1970s/80s..
it all sounds sort of 'eurovision' to me...never liked that sort of stuff, and still dont...
very little to champion and harp on about here with only three likes...
not my thing but it may be yours...i just hope there is a link or two available on youtube

it was such a joy to pull this one out of the pile...
aint nothing better than sugar coated,sickly sweet Richard and Karen Carpenter IMO...the Osmonds look like they fell off a lemon tree compard to these guys LOL...
perfect lightweight crafted pop by Richard, beautifully sung by Karen, who must have one of the most unique and beautiful voices ever put on record...
and thats all that can be said about The carpenters....
twenty tracks on here, eleven get the "love" rating and the remainder score "likes"...overall score 2.6...

i dislike NSYNC with a passion, but Justin as a solo artist...i love the guy...metaphorically speaking!
this is his second solo set, i dont own the debut "justified"(but i probably should!), and his third and latest one that 20/20 thing...well,that was okay on a first listen...
lots of pop/danceable tracks here...some good beats also(not beats as in that MC crap, but rhythm-wise!)...
yeh, i like this album,was probably unfortunate not to make a love grade overall,but it sure came close.
the guy had around six or seven hits from this one,the biggest seller was "my love", which incidently is also my favourite one on here(didnt even know it was a huge hit until i looked to see what singles were released from it)...
a very good album by a talented guy IMO...

Probably the only thing I need when it comes to these guys. I have some of the studio albums,
but the hits are all on this one. They really didn't have many of those after this collection.
Plenty of albums though. When you own your own label you can do that. Not a fan of
instrumentals but there are always exceptions. Amazing that the band was as popular as they
were considering the period of their peak. This only includes material from the bands first
five albums, but those were their best. Four tracks I love here with four on the other side
making this an average like album.
