Cliff's second UK #1 hit,
"a" side has that Ricky Nelson type sound to it again, i dont love this track but its still pretty good IMO
"b" side is more of a rock song,its good also

again, the "a" side sounds a lot like the pin-up boy pop from that period...
i love this Cliff Richard song...
"b" side isnt too bad, but its not a patch on the "a" side

i love this "a" side, ive heard the original a couple of times but i prefer this version...
"b" side is a track off their debut album, love that one also, infact, i love the album as a whole also

Cliff's fifth UK #1 hit with this double-A sided hit,strange because his fourth UK #1 hit "i love you" isnt in this set for some reason...
"a" side here is a ballad, its not bad, but i love the "b" sided track which,again, sounds very Ricky Nelson...

single #40 for Sir Cliff is a ballad-cum-lullaby, its simple drivel,but not as bad the the stupid lullaby stuff Elvis was releasing from his movies around the same time!
"b" side is slightly more uptempo,its an average track also, but not too bad
single peaked at #40 here, but got to #2 on the UK charts...i think the #40 is about what it deserved.

CLIFF RICHARD "congratulations" b/w "high and dry" 1968
Cliff's 49th single release and his nineth UK #1 hit...
"a" side is a cringeworthy sing-a-long piece of crap...
Cliff was the UK's "eurovision" representative in 1968 and this song(prior to its release) was the song he performed in the competition...
as a footnote, Cliff and "congratulations came runner up, which is, IMO, embarrassing for a proffessional muso to lose to rank amateurs!
"b" side is similar in vein to the other side, as it too, was one of the songs he sung on that talent show, but its slightly better than the other "a" side

Cliff's 74th single release and one of my favourite singles by him...
"a" side is a superb ballad,yet this one failed to sell in vast quantities for some reason, it peaked at a low #15 in the UK and olny reached #100 on our charts here!
"b" side is,IMO,another great piano balled from Sir Cliff,and as you guys know, im not a huge fan of of his music

Cliff goes almost disco on us with this one and i still like it, "a" side has sort of a Little River Band feel to it...
"b" side is a ballad, i dont like this one...
