JOHN LENNON/PLASTIC ONO BAND  "plastic ono band"

its raw, its ragged, its primal, its heavily influenced by his then 'primal scream therapy' he was undergoing.
it is a difficult listen at times but once you 'get it' you cannot 'un-get it', its a masterpiece IMO, his best post-Beatles work.
