British band formed in 1982. Dropped by their label after the debut failed to make any waves. Didn't take long to find a new home, but with the same fate. Picked up by a major for this third attempt, and abandoning the U.K. for a U.S. audience, they made some headway. With 3 singles off of here, they got some play on college radio. Siamese Twist, Postcards From Paradise and I Go Crazy made dents in the Modern Rock charts. With one album remaining, the group was then dropped again, and disbanded shortly after.
I like this album.
