after watching BBC World/CNN/Fox/Al Jazeera etc as I do on a regular basis I know you guys are aware of the huge fires ravaging the East Coast of Australia currently
had our first Fire Fighter death yesterday,
thoughts and prayers not only with his family but also that all First Responders return home safely.

The scale and extent of these fires is unimaginable - those we've had here seem so paltry by comparison, and they're frightening enough! Feel for all those people and creatures affected - it's devastating.
