Pavlova, attempt 2. No idea what’s going on – I’m usually good at these!! Aaargh! Anyway – off to an orphan’s Christmas – for those of us who are short of relatives. I have been given two bottles of fabulous vintage bubbly by lovely friends who I suspect must have shares in the vineyard by now – hoping that will mitigate the dessert fiasco! Happy Day all.

lots of debate as to its origins, both New Zealand and Australia claim ownership of the dessert,
from what ive read though, im on the side of the Kiwi's.
not that im a dessert kind of guy but I would eat Pavlova everyday if I could (and wasn't diabetic).
enjoy your Orphan's Christmas Ruby, that's a good news story, beats the crap that on the nightly news!
my daughter does that for homeless people in Melbourne on Xmas Day (she used to do it in Perth till she moved to the other side of the country)
