Roger Waters interview on Conan show
When it comes to these music legends, I prefer an interview over a performance anyday.
Talked mostly about The Wall tour of course.
Described so perfectly the barriers between people in their lives in general, and specificaly, of the barrier (Wall) between the serious performing live musician and an audience that is there to be drunk and party. Quite a conflict he says and I agree.
One of the reasons I don't do concerts.

Great to see musicians having a ball when they play. Unfortunately, so many of them lose that eyes-wide sense of wonder.

exactly why most bands are best early in their career.
they seem to lose that enthusiasm, which I guess is natural.
there are exceptions of course

i think "Holy Crap" is an understatement, my jaw hit the floor first time i saw it, i had to watch it three times. i hope Saint Nick gets me a big voucher for Xmas because this is now on the list
