Mike Olfield - Incantations Deluxe version, Five Miles Out, Exposed, Platinum & QE2. Had all these on vinyl many moons ago so had to get the CD's. By the way, I do not have a surround sound system. Has anyone listened to the WYWH & DSOTM surround mixes? Is it worth the extra expense? Bought the Immersion Sets of these 2 albums and they have surround mixes included on one of the discs. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

We're always talking about what we like here. The question is, what have you liked well enough to actually purchase? Would like to start keeping track of that here. If you would start logging your album purchases it would be appreciated. This will be for albums only, no songs, and it will be whether hard copy or downloads. I must confess I don't buy near as much as I used to. Reasons are 1) I am retired and have become cheap, 2) there is so much available to listen to online and 3) I already own more music than anyone could listen to. I do go on occasional buying sprees and I buy album downloads when they are on sale. I will log my most recent purchase after this post and will do so in the future. Feel free to do the same. You may also add anything else about the purchase.

thanks

Truthfully I don't purchase too much anymore. I too have a ton of music and I tend to listen to Pandora nowadays. Every once and a while there will be an album I just have to have, but it's not that important to me anymore.

Latest albums, that I bought are the collection of German band called Scooter and then the last album of Faithless. The collection of Scooter I bought, because just couldn't be anymore without owning one CD by those dance veterans.

As discussed previously - Mike Oldfield's Incantations (new version) - quite a lot of new material on the 2nd CD. A full live concert on DVD as well. A good buy.
