when it comes to the gun argument I hear a lot of Americans saying 'we need guns to protect ourselves against the bad guys",
the problem I have with this argument is how many times do we hear of the "good guys" killing the "bad guys" , the answer is inevitably never and im sure we would if they did...
sorry guys but you have more shootings like this than any other civilised 1st world country, it really is time to bring in tough gun control laws.

I would not even know how to begin to fix this problem. But it does need fixing of some sort. The situation is out of control. Having said that, the USA has come to the aid of many nations over the years in many wars in many different places. If the USA had not intervened in WWII where would we be today??? And at the end of the day, guns got the job done. Sad but true. Human beings are the real problem. Unfortunately you can't send them back to the repair shop. The human race is basically a dysfunctional and self-destructive species. I shudder to think of what future generations are going to have to deal with. The sh*t is going to hit the fan for sure. Just a matter of time.

Sadly this is a genie and bottle situation ....I don't believe you can get it back in......maybe education IS the answer but in today's world it is an up hill task.......Glad I live over in the EU......

Kids don't get their education in schools anymore. They get it via social media. And that is a really bad situation. The web is full of twisted freaks. Come to think of it, so are most of the governments of the world.
