ok, on our little cd spending spree tonight "gotta luv music" and myself purchased the following cd's:
BEN FOLDS "the best immitation of myself:a retrospective"....3cd anthology type set
PARAMORE "the final riot"...been turned on to this group by Dani recently and decided to pursue them
RED HOT CHILL PEPPERS "stadium arcadium"....just fancied a RHCP studio album
GOTYE "like drawing blood"...the debut album by this great aussie artist,Corey believes this one is much better than his latest album which i love
and two new releases recommended by Corey...
EVANESCENCE "wind up"...another group Dani has turned me on to lately
VARIOUS ARTISTS "the lost notebooks,tribute to hank williams"...basically a covers album of Hank Snr songs covered by jack white, norah jones, bob dylan, merle haggard,vince gill,alan jackson etc....
i also bought Dani a couple for her collection, pretty sure she'll update you when she can, and Jerome and Tiggi will be more than happy with the selections!!!!!

CoF is an extreme gothic metal band from England !!!! CoF stands for the obnoxious title of Cradle of Filth ....lol Actually they would be a good soundtrack for Halloween !!!! The lead singer's name is Dani...that's all.

ok, i thought i'd give my 'better half' the benefit of posting this, but i guess she forgot.....
yes, we purchased "animals" by Pink Floyd as part of the new remastered series of Floyd releases last night also and i had to endure it in the car on the way home with apromise to play it under headphones today, Oops, it hasnt happened as yet, but it will or i will be in big trouble!!!
